What is included on the Free plan?

Free includes 2 small PDF conversions per UTC day (up to 10 pages and 2 MB each), full editor access, 15 AI assistant messages per month, and 1 export every 24 hours. Books and large files need Pro or a wallet top-up.

How do upgrades work mid-billing-cycle?

When you upgrade from Pro to Enterprise (or start a new paid plan), Stripe charges only the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period. You are not double-billed for time you already paid for.

What are export overages?

Pro includes 100 export pages per month; Enterprise includes 500. Beyond that, every plan uses the same overage rate: 10p per page. Wallet top-ups are separate and used for pay-as-you-go conversion when you exceed free daily limits.

When do I need wallet funds?

Wallet credits cover conversions beyond your free daily allowance, larger documents, books on Free, and exports when your 24-hour free export cooldown is active. Preset top-ups start at £5; custom amounts from £2.50.

Open your document in the editor and tap Export. Pro and Enterprise subscribers can export anytime. Free users get one export per rolling 24 hours unless wallet balance unlocks another.

What can the in-editor AI assistant do?

The AI assistant helps adjust layout, typography, and copy in your open document. Free includes 15 messages per month; Pro includes 300; Enterprise is unlimited. This is separate from Help centre chat.

Is Help centre chat free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Help centre AI chat is free for every signed-in account. It does not use your in-editor AI message quota or wallet balance. Editor AI and exports are billed separately by plan.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

Open Pricing → Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period; you keep access until then.
